Allie Clifton

Allie Clifton is in her fifth season as a player for the Los Angeles Lakers at Spectrum Sports Net. Allie Clifton is an Emmy award-winning sportscaster who has more than 10 years of background in sideline journalism and sports journalism. She also has played in the NBA for more than 10 years. Allie was a sports journalist and reporter of features for ABC Action News 13 (WTVG) in addition to being a sideline and color analyst in the broadcasting of Buckeye Sports' high-school college and collegiate volleyball, basketball and track and field. Clifton an Ohio native completed her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from The University of Toledo in Sports Analysis and Communication, as well as Liberal Studies. Her basketball career continued to be successful throughout her time at UT following her impressive college career that included the school's very first league champion team. She was a three-time captain and also a four-time letterwinner in the span of four seasons, and helped winning the Mid-American Conference West Division in 2010. Clifton has also played at The Q over the course of her four-year time career.
